Responsibility
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of finance systems, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for finance-related software and tools used across business units.
- Collaborate with senior finance stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for finance systems, including user guides and training materials.
- Lead system upgrades, patches, and integrations to enhance functionality and security.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports to support financial decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all system-related activities.
- Train and mentor finance team members on system usage and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance systems administration or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Certification in finance or IT (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ITIL) is a plus.
