Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards (e.g., PSAK, IFRS).
- Manage tax filings, audits, and relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
