Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, corporate policies, and financial reporting requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and supervise junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
