Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and submit Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) forms accurately and on time.
- Assist in BIR-related audits by compiling necessary documents and providing support to auditors.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
