Responsibility
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and corporate clients in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Conduct thorough tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in tax planning and provide strategic advice to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
- Liaise with tax authorities on behalf of clients to resolve inquiries and audits.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date tax records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure tax implications are considered in all legal matters.
- Provide tax training and guidance to junior staff and clients as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to tax matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax compliance, tax consulting, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
