Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including sales input, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
