Responsibility
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the accounting system.
- Support the accounting team with audits, tax filings, and compliance-related tasks.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and answer financial queries.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring to ensure financial goals are met.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role (entry-level candidates with strong academic backgrounds will be considered).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
