We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to support our financial operations across multiple locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the financial health of our organization. This is a contract-based position offering a competitive salary range of Rp 3,000,000 – Rp 4,500,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive work environment.

Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Support tax preparation and filing processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Generate financial reports and presentations for management review.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
