This is a contract-based position offering a competitive salary range of Rp 3,000,000 – Rp 4,500,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive work environment.
Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Support tax preparation and filing processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate financial reports and presentations for management review.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
