Responsibility
- Prepare and file monthly and annual tax reports, including PPN (VAT) and PPh (Income Tax), ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial information and ensure timely reporting.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPN and PPh.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., Brevet A & B, CPA) is a plus.
