Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and manage budgets for multiple restaurant locations, monitoring variances and implementing cost-control measures.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct financial audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of financial software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing a team and mentoring junior staff.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
