Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and corporate governance policies.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance financial operations.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
