Responsibility
- Design and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and performance metrics.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk assessments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or controlling roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
