Responsibility
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Support the finance team with data entry and record-keeping.
- Help reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Learn and utilize accounting software for financial tracking.
- Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc financial projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial documents.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (Power Query is a plus).
- Familiarity with Google Drive and accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
