Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the SG&A controlling team, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the technical consolidation function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement robust financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic business objectives.
- Drive performance analysis and cost optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations for key business decisions.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals and market dynamics.
- Lead special projects and initiatives aimed at improving financial systems, tools, and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis within a multinational or fast-growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and experience with consolidation processes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. Experience with BI tools is an advantage.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
