Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular reports to management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain and update financial databases and accounting software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial support roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
