Responsibility
- Conduct regular audits of IT systems, networks, and applications to assess security, compliance, and efficiency.
- Evaluate IT controls, policies, and procedures to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to enhance IT governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Stay updated on emerging IT risks, trends, and best practices in cybersecurity and compliance.
- Assist in the development and refinement of IT audit methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT auditing, cybersecurity, or risk management.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST).
- Proficiency in audit tools and techniques, including data analysis and risk assessment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX) is a plus.
