Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international tax regulations.

- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to optimize tax planning and structuring.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and international tax principles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing tax strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with tax software and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
