Responsibility
- Manage and oversee financial transactions related to direct selling operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including sales reconciliations, expense tracking, and revenue analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring timely and accurate corrections.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning for regional operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, distributors, and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial audits, and corporate governance standards.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial software, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
