Responsibility
- Oversee the complete Revenue-to-Billing-to-Cash (R2B2C) lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to protect revenue margins and optimize billing processes.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to align revenue recognition with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Design and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local regulatory requirements for revenue reporting.
- Drive process automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency in revenue management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, financial planning, or accounting.
- Proven expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15) and billing systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote setup with a focus on process improvement.
- Familiarity with SaaS, subscription-based, or service revenue models is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
