Responsibility

  • Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform daily data entry into the accounting system, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and error-free.
  • Verify and reconcile supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and process monthly financial reports, including expense summaries and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and office organization.
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial regulations and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles, preferably in AP/AR functions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) for internal and external correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
