Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate daily receiving operations, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Verify and reconcile incoming shipments, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy.
  • Lead and mentor a team of receiving clerks, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with procurement, accounting, and warehouse teams to streamline receiving processes.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all received goods, including quantities, conditions, and discrepancies.
  • Resolve vendor disputes and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent errors, fraud, or losses.
  • Generate reports on receiving activities, inventory levels, and financial impacts for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, receiving, or inventory management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
