Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and budgets in compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee procurement processes, including vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and contract management.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between financial planning and business objectives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analysis for stakeholders.
- Implement and improve financial controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tax laws, and accounting standards to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or purchasing roles.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) is a plus.
