Responsibility
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage cost accounting functions, including product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities to support business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with operational teams to optimize working capital, reduce costs, and improve financial performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and contribute to the company’s success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and tax regulations.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
