Responsibility
- Assist the Accounts Manager in daily accounting functions, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded promptly and accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
