Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for assigned departments.
- Prepare and file tax-related documents under supervision.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills to meet deadlines.
