Responsibility
- Oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to standardize processes and align with corporate financial strategies.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing actionable insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business planning and resource allocation.
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with local and international financial standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to streamline processes, improve controls, and drive operational excellence.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
