Responsibility
- Manage and execute middle and back-office treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and financial product settlements.
- Oversee hedge accounting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulatory standards.
- Maintain and optimize SAP accounting systems to support accurate financial reporting and transaction processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows, improve efficiency, and mitigate operational risks.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics for senior management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Monitor and reconcile treasury accounts, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in treasury and accounting operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or SAP accounting.
- Proficient in SAP FI/CO modules, with hands-on experience in financial product operations and hedge accounting.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and local regulatory requirements for financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance in financial processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
