Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models that align with business objectives.
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular financial audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and mitigate potential issues.
- Support the CFO and senior management with financial reporting, presentations, and strategic planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong knowledge of local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with global teams.
- Certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
