Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial sustainability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accurate insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and auditing standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast revenue, control costs, and optimize financial performance.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven financial recommendations.
- Maintain strong internal controls and safeguard company assets through rigorous financial oversight.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or creative industries.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
