Responsibility

  • Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address findings.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical, in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity, providing insights to optimize financial performance.
  • Support tax compliance by preparing and filing necessary documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, or local accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
