Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and internal policies.
- Act as the primary liaison between Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders, facilitating clear communication in Mandarin and English.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present financial statements, analysis, and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on tax regulations, labor laws, and financial best practices in Indonesia and China.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5 or above) and proficient in English (business-level communication).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local Indonesian software) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage financial teams, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is advantageous.
