Responsibility
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance and ensure long-term sustainability.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to protect the company's assets and maximize returns.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives and operational needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
