Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Oversee tax filings, payroll processing, and statutory reporting for local and international clients.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Conduct financial audits and identify areas for cost reduction or process optimization.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team training and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations (Indonesian tax laws a plus).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Experience working with multinational clients or in an international firm is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
