Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK).
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (PPH, PPN, etc.) and ensure timely submissions to authorities.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial data and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Monitor tax regulations and updates to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Process payroll and employee-related financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Assist in audits by providing documentation and clarifications as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, tax, or finance roles (fresh graduates with strong academics are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Accurate, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations (PPH 21/23, PPN, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
