Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Liaise with clients to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tax laws, and financial best practices to provide informed recommendations.
- Support audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with internal/external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial data management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
