Responsibility
- Manage and maintain full-set accounts for a portfolio of clients, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) in compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payments with high attention to detail.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and tax authorities to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) to streamline financial processes.
- Support year-end closing activities and assist in tax filings as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a full-set accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, or local accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
