Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize liquidity and returns.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify areas for financial improvement.

- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local financial regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
