Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company objectives and market conditions.
- Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, and working capital optimization to support business liquidity and growth.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and other financial standards, coordinating with external auditors as needed.
- Manage payroll processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational and commercial goals.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a finance team in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting principles (IFRS).
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
