Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to ensure the company’s financial stability and growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and other financial obligations, working closely with external auditors and advisors.
- Drive process improvements and automation within the finance function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Experience in the construction, real estate, or development industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
