Responsibility

  • Manage full-set accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance, month-end closings, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and submit accurate e-Invoice documentation in compliance with local regulations.
  • Handle SST (Sales and Service Tax) filings, ensuring timely and error-free submissions.
  • Oversee payroll processing, including salary disbursements, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
  • Coordinate HR administrative tasks, such as employee records management, leave tracking, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  • Assist in audit preparations by providing necessary financial documentation and reconciliations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting and HR operations.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-set accounting, payroll, and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong knowledge of e-Invoice systems and SST compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is advantageous.
