Responsibility
- Manage daily finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support audit preparations by compiling necessary documentation and coordinating with auditors.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the finance function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or recruitment environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
