Responsibility
- Lead and manage the full set of accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions with financial insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Proven expertise in full-set accounting, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and develop a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
