Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by reconciling accounts and verifying transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Identify trends, variances, and anomalies in financial data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Automate and streamline financial reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance in all reporting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in a multinational or outsourcing environment is highly desirable.
