Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support data-driven business decisions.
- Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies to minimize liabilities while adhering to legal requirements.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with senior management to evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to maintain transparent and trustworthy financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a listed or multinational company.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and IFRS standards.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
