Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize liquidity and profitability.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
