Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Drive process improvements in financial operations, including automation and system enhancements.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing finance teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.
