Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to align with corporate objectives.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Drive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment activities to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational and commercial strategies.
- Ensure tax compliance and work with external auditors to facilitate smooth audits and financial reviews.
- Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in multinational corporations or large-scale enterprises.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting with a track record of driving strategic financial decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and Indonesian financial regulations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing finance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
