Responsibility
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian and international accounting standards.
- Develop and monitor financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections to support business decisions.
- Oversee tax planning, filings, and audits, ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding and optimize financial strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, revenue growth potential, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, HR) to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners, suppliers, or clients to facilitate seamless financial communications and negotiations.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing, export/import, or seafood industries.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is required.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Indonesian GAAP, and tax regulations.
- Advanced skills in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Excel, and financial modeling.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
- Experience working in a multinational or export-oriented company is highly desirable.
