As part of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing daily transactions, managing petty cash, and assisting with monthly financial reports. Responsibility
- Accurately enter and process daily financial transactions into accounting systems
- Manage and reconcile petty cash funds with meticulous record-keeping
- Prepare and maintain records of hotel receipts and expenditures
- Assist in compiling monthly financial reports and statements
- Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data collection
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or data entry roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
