Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate tax submissions.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation in accordance with auditing standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in annual audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or payroll administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
